Description
I've wanted to paint this scene before the structure completely collapsed. This house was the home of a character who lived in our rural neighborhood. Something of a hermit, he would walk three or four miles to the closest community market. One day this past autumn, I was awed by the bright sky and gorgeous clouds above the collapsing roof.
